The new issue of SYNC WEEKLY has hit the street and we caught the beautiful SYNC girl in her cleverly decorated SYNCMOBILE at 7th and Chester delivering and promoting and questioning.This issue deals with the burning question of Central Arkansas being WHERE IT'S AT.

My 150th post should be a special one but the truth is the past few days have been quite uneventful and borderline on the depressing side of the fence.The street has been full of activity though so here are a few pics of the goings on in the neighborhood.

SHATTERED PELVIS SHATTERED LIFE

My Grandmother shattered her pelvis in a fall late friday night.She is 90 years old so the doctors have decided that a operation at her age would be to risky.She has always been a strong fighter in such situations and a fast healer.Maybe she will be able to get past this obstacle soon.

PAUL LYNDE HALLOWEEN SPECIAL

Be on the lookout for this gem of a rarely seen TV special soon to be released on DVD.I happened to see this on it's only airing back in 1976 when I was 20 years young.It is scheduled to hit stores OCTOBER 2nd 2007 just in time for the approaching Halloween season.

THIS MONTH'S FREE PRESS

This months FREE PRESS is out and if you haven't snagged your copy you should rush right out and get one.The cover story deals with Skateboarding and I know a lot of Skateboard enthusiasts.I like taking photographs of Skateboards in use and I just bought a Rare Skateboard in San Diego that is a promotional item for a favorite toy company of mine.The Skateboard doubles as a game board.I will never use it as a Skateboard of course as it is really a piece of art and will fit nicely as a backdrop for my toy collection from that company.

NERDQUAKE 2007 IN SAN DIEGO

For all of you heading to San Diego next week try and get to THE WHISTLE STOP BAR thursday July 26th at 9:00 p.m. for a fun time.I was at NERDQUAKE last year and had a great time meeting some of the most hardcore of toy collectors.If you can only make one party at COMIC CON this is the one.

2007 MIDWEST WOBBLER SUMMIT

This years MIDWEST WOBBLER SUMMIT has been announced for Saturday , September 15TH 2007 in Minneapolis , Mn.I was unable to attend last year but will try my best to be at this years wild and crazy event.This will be the 6Th midwest summit of Wobbler Lovers.

2007 MEMPHIS GLBT FILM FESTIVAL

MEMPHIS is having a film festival the middle of august.

Harry Potter and The Magic Wand

I have read all the HARRY POTTER books and I quite often listen to the books on disc as I am driving down the road or on restless nights.They tend to help me relax.You could say I am a fan of the whole HARRY POTTER thing.I have seen all the movies that are out so far as well.In the picture I think HARRY might have grabbed the wrong Magic Wand or maybe not.

THE ASTRONAUT FARMER

Watched this little gem of a movie just a bit ago.It's all about dreams and not giving up on your dreams as most of us do throughout our lives.The lead character played by Billy Bob Thornton has spent his entire life wanting to go out in space and this movie is about his pursuit of that dream and how our government tried to stop him.It is a great movie.
