LOTS of REASONS

I can think of lots of reasons for wanting to leave Little Rock but then you look around at whats around you and you discover their are just as many reasons to want to stay.The eye candy has been especially good this week...here's a little peek.

BOY CULTURE

Hitting the store shelves this week is a very good gay themed movie called BOY CULTURE.I watched it early this morning and right away got a sense that the two main characters "X" and ANDREW belonged together just like PEANUT BUTTER and JELLY.I could relate to a lot of the story having a hustling background in my late teens and a stone cold interior.The story touches on several topics that are currant in our day to day lives such as DRUGS , INTERACIAL DATING , HUSTLING , MARRIAGE , SEX and LOVE.It is a dramatic story with lots of humor and a whole lot of good looking men.

DIAMOND STATE RODEO ASSOCIATION

The Diamond State Rodeo Association is having a Swimsuit Competition this coming Sunday September 2nd 2007.It will held at their clubhouse located at 4525 Hoffman Rd. in Little Rock.You will be judged in the categories of BEST FITTING,SKIMPIEST,BEST BEAR MODEL,BEST COMEDY SUIT,BEST COUPLES SUIT and BEST OVERALL.

The Ice Cream Truck made frequent trips in the neighborhood this week and the Fireman decided to wash his Truck while some cyclist were out and about...one with shirt and one without.A Channel 7 newswoman did a story about the evils of dry grass and how easily it can catch fire while several hotties showed up and shook things up.

THIS MONTH'S SYNC

The new issue of SYNC WEEKLY has hit the street and we caught the beautiful SYNC girl in her cleverly decorated SYNCMOBILE at 7th and Chester delivering and promoting and questioning.This issue deals with the burning question of Central Arkansas being WHERE IT'S AT.

POST # 150

My 150th post should be a special one but the truth is the past few days have been quite uneventful and borderline on the depressing side of the fence.The street has been full of activity though so here are a few pics of the goings on in the neighborhood.

SHATTERED PELVIS SHATTERED LIFE

My Grandmother shattered her pelvis in a fall late friday night.She is 90 years old so the doctors have decided that a operation at her age would be to risky.She has always been a strong fighter in such situations and a fast healer.Maybe she will be able to get past this obstacle soon.

PAUL LYNDE HALLOWEEN SPECIAL

Be on the lookout for this gem of a rarely seen TV special soon to be released on DVD.I happened to see this on it's only airing back in 1976 when I was 20 years young.It is scheduled to hit stores OCTOBER 2nd 2007 just in time for the approaching Halloween season.

This months FREE PRESS is out and if you haven't snagged your copy you should rush right out and get one.The cover story deals with Skateboarding and I know a lot of Skateboard enthusiasts.I like taking photographs of Skateboards in use and I just bought a Rare Skateboard in San Diego that is a promotional item for a favorite toy company of mine.The Skateboard doubles as a game board.I will never use it as a Skateboard of course as it is really a piece of art and will fit nicely as a backdrop for my toy collection from that company.
